It has come to my attention that the written doilie pattern in Learn to Tat has errors in comparison to the sketched diagram.  For those who have purchased Learn to Tat you may download the corrected pattern here by clicking on the posted link.  I apologize for the inconvenience.

I am teaching a tatting class later this spring and had planned on using your book as our core instructions. Do I have permission to copy the correction page and insert into each book? Thank you.

I’m so glad I put a search on this pattern. I am a beginner, for sure, and know the basics. I thought I’d give the “Daffodil Doily” a shot. I kept referring to the pattern and looking at the actual doily and thought, I must be doing something wrong. So glad I found you. The pattern is just beautiful and I can’t wait to see the finished product. Your book is lovely. I can’t wait to learn more. :)
Have a great day!

Ellen,

I am happy you found the corrected pattern. I would feel so bad if you kept tatting away and was disappointed with your end result because of errors in the pattern.

Hello, I sent you an email today re the errors on the daffodil pattern. There’s also a small error on the bookmark. On the Last Ring, first it’s 4 = (to picot of pr_ them 4-8. On the next part, it should be CH 2, CH 12 picots separated by 2 ds and then, CH 2 again.
